Description

In this course we offer a creative approach to discovering what theater is through the reading of a wide variety of original plays written by a selection of relevant authors of all times from Latin America and Spain. In addition to reading, analyzing and discussing the plays to explore cultural and linguistic elements, students may also act out several monologues and scenes on stage, and explore other aspects of theater arts while practicing their advanced Spanish skills. The course may also include writing, directing and acting in a final student-made production.
